Do you like this?

What can I say...Nicki Minaj is the lease consistant!  Every year she wow's us with her fashion creations.  This year she left the purse and arrived with a Pope on her arm!  Love it? or Leave it?

I say LOVE it! I mean really this is what it's all about, what the creative and youthful redcarpet reveals, right? What would we do without that extra push of the fashion envelope?

This years fashions were both elegant and extravegant! I couldn't help but notice her clean and fresh make-up choice!

Want this look?  Here's how:

1.  Apply foundation all over for an even complexion.

2.  With a wide shadow brush, apply a creme colored slightly shimmery shadow on your enitre eye lids.

3.  Apply liquid liner from the outer edges of your eyes toward the nose.  Focus on creating a cateye line.

4.  Using a lash curler curl your top lashes and top with a jet black mascara.

5.  Add a peach/bronze blush to your cheek bones with a fan brush.

6.  Line your lips with a mauve lip pencil and top with a matching lipstick.

7.  Set your makeup with an oil control powder for a longer lasting matte finish.

On the other side of the Grammy's... sad news, Ms. Whitney Houston passed away over the weekend.

L.L Cool Jay started the 54th Grammy awards with a prayer to the late and beautiful Whitney Houston who died Saturday Feb. 11th, 2012. Law Enforcement Officials could not provide a cause of death due to the ongoing investigation. I know her spirit seamed to fill the auditorium! Later in the show a plan to pay tribute to her amazing voice and loved personality.  We at DC Life Magazine will definately "always love you" Whitney!
