Wale was recently named Source Magazine’s 2011 Comeback Artist of the Year, for the success of his sophomore album, Ambition.
The February 23rd performance will also feature the talent of Island Def Jam R&B singer Jeremih, who scored big on the scene with his self-titled album and debut single, “Birthday Sex.” The Chicago music aficionado, who has collaborated on songs with 50 Cents and Ludacris, is a self-taught musician who plays saxophone, bass drum, cymbals, quan, several percussion instruments and piano.
